Patrick is a Consultant Solicitor and has over 30 years’ experience, specialising in Commercial and Residential Property, and business sales and purchases. After training and working in London and the south-east Patrick relocated and has lived locally for over twenty years. He has an established reputation with residents, estate agents, and clients.

He provides a personal, pragmatic approach based on his extensive knowledge and experience with   commercial and residential properties. His communication skills and attention to detail enhance his professional, and friendly, expertise which all his clients appreciate.

Patrick acts for a number of local property developers in both acquisition of land and sale of new homes.

Experienced in the sale of residential properties ranging from first time buyers to multimillion pound homes.

Patrick’s highlights include successfully representing a property investment company at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, representing clients at High Court Hearings in Judges’ Chambers, acting in the acquisition and sale of large national care homes and acting for a leisure company in the purchase of nationwide centres.

Patrick qualified in 2000 and previously worked as partner and Head of the Property Department (Commercial and Residential) in law firms in London, Kent and Newbury.
